THE IDEA
In a highly competitive hiring market saturated with employer branding campaigns, we wanted to move beyond traditional recruitment advertising and activate Fiverr's strongest asset: its people. Alongside a large-scale outdoor campaign, we transformed employees into brand ambassadors by creating personalized LinkedIn titles that combined their professional role with distinctive personal qualities, skills and traits. The initiative turned hundreds of individual profiles into a living extension of the campaign, creating a highly visible and authentic expression of Fiverr's culture that spread organically across professional networks.
MY ROLE
Led concept development, copywriting and art direction across the campaign. Oversaw design and production for both digital and physical touchpoints while collaborating with media partners, internal stakeholders and leadership teams to coordinate execution across multiple channels.
